YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY Manage and support the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to exit Advise managers and employees on HR topics, employee relations, and compliance matters Develop and implement HR programs, policies, and processes in coordination with International HR Handle the full recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and LinkedIn Recruiter Coordinate compensation topics, salary adjustments, and payroll communication Maintain and update HR tools, systems, and employee records Drive employee engagement, development, and retention initiatives Prepare and analyze HR reports and KPIs to support strategic decisions WHAT SETS THEM APART Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an HR department Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor law, and employee relations Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and initiatives Confident working with HR systems and reporting tools Excellent communication and advisory skills in both English and Spain Hands-on mentality, structured way of working, and strong problem-solving skills PERFECT CONDITIONS FOR EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE Grow together with us, our benefits will make your journey as pleasant as possible.
