You're passionate about software engineering and have at least 5 years of experience developing in Python, delivering ML/AI solutions in production that generate real impact.You're skilled in RAG systems (chunking, indexing, retrieval) and know how to get the right information to the model at exactly the right moment.You have experience, or solid technical curiosity, with Databricks, especially MLflow and Unity Catalog, and are familiar with both classic ML delivery patterns and the latest agent‐based approaches.You've participated in the design and operation of multi‐user platforms and feel comfortable working with Infrastructure as Code (Ia C), CI/CD, identity and secrets management, network isolation, and policy as code.Experience migrating from Kubernetes/Seldon to Mosaic is a strong plus.You care about data security and governance—and if you already know Unity Catalog, even better.And of course, you have that colorful DNA: you love learning, sharing knowledge, and working as part of a team.
