Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist or Manager, located in the Greater Marbella Metropolitan Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing policies and procedures, overseeing employee benefits and benefits administration, maintaining compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and partnering with leadership on strategic HR initiatives to support organizational goals.
QualificationsProficiency in Human Resources (HR) fundamentals, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relationsExperience in HR Management and implementing effective HR strategies to support organizational objectivesKnowledge of HR Policies, regulatory compliance, and adherence to local employment lawsSkills in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration to manage and communicate benefit programs effectivelyStrong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with team members and leadershipFamiliarity with modern HR tools and technologies is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldCertification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
