Your mission:
We are looking for a Business Development to drive our European expansion, strengthen our dealer network and open new strategic markets. You will work closely with the Commercial Director in defining the strategy and executing the actions needed to grow our footprint across Europe.
This role requires a strong hands‑on approach focused on dealer activation, pipeline visibility and commercial execution.
Territories to cover (first phase):
Your main functions:

* Market expansion: Lead business development efforts across assigned European territories. Identify opportunities, open markets and build long‑term partnerships with high‑potential distributors and strategic B2B partners.
* Dealer leadership: Build strong day‑to‑day relationships with our dealers;
support, activate and follow up on partners, leads and commercial opportunities to help grow sales across each territory.
* Strategy and execution: Contribute to the commercial growth strategy and translate it into concrete actions, KPIs and measurable results.
* Marketing and advertising: Collaborate on European marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, promotional activities and trade fairs. Ensure consistent brand positioning across all markets.
* Forecasting and analytics: Analyse territories, sales funnels, product mix and opportunities. Provide market intelligence and support accurate sales forecasting.
What you will bring

* Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, International Sales or Channel Development roles.
* Strong experience engaging and managing B2B distributors or partners.
* Languages: English (C1/C2). German is strongly valued.
* Solid communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
* Knowledge of architectural, industrial or construction‑related products is a plus.
* Proactive mindset, hands‑on approach and strong sense of ownership.
