Tasks / H&F Task Details
* Site Access and Security
* Register entry, comply with local protocols, and note escort requirements
* Location Documentation
* Capture GPS coordinates, photograph the main demarcation point, and record the comms room location
* Cable Route Measurement
* Measure the distance between the demarcation point and the comms room
* Network Rack Assessment
* Record rack details (ID, height, occupied/free U, device types), check stability, and capture photos
* Floor Space and Power Readiness
* Measure floor area, verify power feeds, UPS, cooling, and grounding
* Network Device Inventory
* Record WAN/LAN devices, ports, interfaces, and patch panels
* Compliance and Operational Checks
* Note change freeze dates, compliance standards, access control, delivery capabilities, language preferences, and risks
* Tools Needs to Carry:
* Laptop, Mobile phone, Cansole cable and LAN cable
