A fast-growing Gaming technology business operating at the intersection of gaming, creator tools, and digital entertainment is hiring a Head of Growth to own and scale top-of-funnel growth.
Role: Head of Growth & User Acquisition - Salary: €100,000 to €140,000 - Location: Europe-based, fully remote
What you'll be doing:
Owning user acquisition strategy and performance across paid, organic, creator-led, and partnership channels
Leading acquisition planning, forecasting, and channel prioritisation aligned to business growth targets
Managing acquisition budgets with a strong focus on efficiency, ROI, and sustainable scale
Building and developing a small but high-impact acquisition team
Driving experimentation and optimisation across search, social, video, creators, and emerging platforms
Working closely with product, growth, and data teams to ensure clear attribution and insight-led decisions
Reporting acquisition performance, risks, and opportunities clearly to senior leadership
What you'll need:
Proven experience leading B2C user acquisition for consumer software or digital products
Strong background in gaming, gaming tech, creator tools, or adjacent consumer platforms
Demonstrated ownership of acquisition targets, budgets, and forecasting
Hands‐on experience across paid media, SEO, creators, affiliates, and social‐led acquisition
Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with data, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks
Experience scaling products used by large consumer audiences
Comfort operating in fast‐moving, product‐led environments
Nice to have:
Experience with freemium or self‐serve business models
Deep understanding of platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and creator ecosystems as acquisition channels
Background in scale‐up or high‐growth consumer tech environments
