Role Overview
As a Customer Service Agent, you will support Slovenian-speaking customers across multiple communication channels, delivering professional service and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Provide accurate and clear information about products and services
* Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
* Follow internal policies, procedures, and quality standards
Working Schedule
* Monday to Saturday: 09:00 – 23:00
* Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00
* Rotational shifts within these hours
