Position Summary: You will drive sales growth and manage the Separation team for Capital and Service in Spain. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the legal entity in Spain.
Primary Responsibilities

* Manage and lead the Separation Service team, responsible from Order Intake to EBITA for the company.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the service business across all ANDRITZ product lines (centrifuges, filter presses, drying systems, filtration technologies) for diverse industries (environmental, food, chemical, mining).
* Achieve and exceed sales targets, order intake, and profitability metrics for the region of the ASM.
* Conduct regular customer visits, build strong relationships, and identify new business opportunities (service contracts, upgrades, digital solutions).
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy. Ensure accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
* Manage the Service operation team, including the workshop in Córdoba.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement, development, and retention.
* Be responsible for the Capital OI in Spain and Portugal.
* Manage and lead the Capital Sales team and report to the Capital Sales Manager for West Europe (France).
* Represent ANDRITZ INGENIERIA, SA locally, acting as the primary contact for stakeholders, customers, and partners.
* Lead, motivate, and develop a multi-disciplinary team (75‑80 people), fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
* Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure cost control.
* Provide strategic advice to senior management and contribute to the design and implementation of growth initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, regulatory, and safety requirements.
Qualifications
*
* Proven experience in sales management within industrial/service sectors, ideally with knowledge of ANDRITZ product lines or similar technologies.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and develop small teams in a hands‑on, growth-oriented environment.
* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and customer focus.
* Experience managing budgets and overseeing business operations.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Regular travel for customer visits and workplaces within Spain required.
* Degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred.
* Strong written and spoken English.
