**About the Role** At Omega CRM, we're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives. Key Responsibilities: Provide support in pre-sales tasks, including solution design, estimation, planning, and assumption gathering. Share client vision, objectives, and expectations with project teams and ensure successful collaboration. Assign and supervise team tasks, manage assignments, vacations, and absences during the project. Manage project progress to meet deadlines, scope, and budget requirements. Facilitate change requests to ensure all stakeholders are informed of schedule and budget impacts. Provide visibility of project progress to clients and Customer Success Managers (CSMs). Lead follow-up meetings and steering committees to ensure project success. Alert operations management to potential deviations and establish communication and risk mitigation plans. Monitor project documentation and ensure deliverables adhere to quality standards. Lead project demos and resolve issues arising from project implementation. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. Evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in PM roles, preferably with +3 years participating in end-to-end CRM implementation processes. Proven experience working with agile methodologies (SCRUM, Jira, etc.). Strong English language skills (medium to high level).
