We are currently seeking an IT Sales Manager with expertise in Automotive & Manufacturing to join our DXC Automotive & Manufacturing Industry Sales Team for Consulting & Engineering Services (CES).

Responsibilities :
* Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and meet revenue targets.
* Generate sales leads and successfully close deals.
* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while educating customers about DXC solutions, products, pricing, and differentiators.
* Build and sustain relationships with clients to foster sales growth.
* Analyze market data to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment and synergy.
* Introduce process improvements and innovative technologies into the sales process.
* Participate in negotiations and contribute to closing deals.
Minimum Qualifications :
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* Good understanding of the Automotive and Manufacturing industries and their ecosystems.
* Knowledge of modern Automotive and Manufacturing technologies in consulting, enterprise and custom applications, data & AI, software development & engineering services, smart manufacturing, and software-defined vehicles.
* Proven track record in sales and sales enablement.
* Skills in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
* Experience leading projects for market reference clients.
* Socially responsible and committed.
* Relevant certifications such as CSP or CSEP are a plus.
