Chubb is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders, deliver impactful reports, and drive strategic decision-making. Reporting
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements by familiarizing yourself with existing processes to deliver meaningful MI reports.
- Capture detailed requirements from business users and stakeholders.
- Document requirements into user stories and/or business specifications for review and approval by business customers.
- Support the development team in delivering accurate, timely, and meaningful MI reports and dashboards tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Provide on-site support and management of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Recommend business logic solutions aligned with business objectives and support testing processes (both IT and business testing).
- Collaborate with users to define requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement And Collaboration
- Work closely with business teams to understand reporting requirements and provide insights that support strategic goals.
- Serve as the key point of contact between stakeholders and the MI team to facilitate communication, collaboration, and resolution.
- Conduct meetings with stakeholders to review requirements, address concerns, and provide updates on reporting progress.
Data Analysis
- Provide recommendations to address data quality issues with source systems.
- Track and report on key metrics to measure business performance and operational efficiency.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends and insights that can drive enhancements in policy management processes.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Advanced level of English (C1).
- Proficiency in Spanish and other European languages such as French, Dutch, or German is a strong plus.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong skills in research, data analysis, testing and complex problem-solving.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data analysis, testing tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
