Act as a first point of contact for employee relations matters across Bulgaria & Israel manufacturing sites.Support investigations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolutionEnsure compliance with local labor laws and internal policiesPromote a positive and productive workplace culture Change Management & Restructuring
Support the planning and execution of organizational changes, including restructuring initiativesAssist in implementing workforce transitions (e.g., reorganizations, redundancies, redeployments)Partner with managers to drive communication and engagement during change processesMonitor and report on change implementation progress and risks HR Business Partnering
Partner with line managers to provide day-to-day HR support and guidanceSupport workforce planning and organizational design initiativesContribute to performance management, talent development, and employee engagement activitiesEnsure consistent HR practices across sites HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate HR documentation and reportingEnsure adherence to company policies and local employment legislationCollaborate with regional and global HR teams on projects and initiatives Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or aesthetics medical devices industry.Hands-on experience or exposure to:Employee RelationsChange managementRestructuring or organizational transformationStrong understanding of labor law and HR practices (multi-country xpzdshu exposure is a plus)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, operational environment Languages
