Implement and optimize the digital experience initiatives to enhance customer engagement, boost the performance of camper.com, and support data-driven decision-making throughout the entire digital customer journey.
Marketing Automation & Digital Campaigns
Coordinate and optimize digital and social ads campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
Plan and maintain the digital and promotional calendar.
Digital Experience, Web Optimization & Performance
Monitor and analyze the performance of camper.Identify and implement improvements in user experience, navigation, and the digital customer journey (CR, CTR, AOV, ASP).
Collaborate with design, content, technology, and operations teams to implement enhancements.
Provide support and an overall perspective to the Dropship and Online Accounts teams.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, IT, Technology, Design, Content teams, and external agencies.
Strong analytical skills with a performance-driven approach.
Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics).
Understanding of UX/UI, CRO, SEO, SEM, digital journey optimization, and prototyping tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects, work autonomously, and communicate effectively.
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital fields.
Experience managing paid media (Meta, Google Ads).
Proficiency in Spanish and English.
Strong experience in data analysis and performance optimization.
