WebBookingPro has been providing hotels worldwide with cutting-edge technology and digital marketing solutions for over a decade. Our services include Channel Manager, Booking Engine, Revenue Manager, Property Management System, and Central Reservation System, helping hotels optimize their revenues.


Tasks and Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Executive at WebBookingPro. The Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new clients, developing sales strategies, conducting presentations, and providing excellent customer service.

This is a B2B partnership contract offering top-tier, 100% commissions for all long-term customer life cycle terms.


Requirements

* Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Experience in creating sales strategies and conducting presentations
* Knowledge of the hospitality industry and related technologies
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

About the Senior Sales Executive / Sales Director Role

As a trusted advisor to hotel owners, you will raise awareness of our products' benefits, gain insights into their challenges, and provide solutions to enhance their operations and profitability.

Joining our Partnership Programme, you will be at the forefront of hotel revenue management innovation, supported by a dedicated team to achieve your business goals. We offer an attractive commission structure and opportunities for customer account management, embodying ambition, collaboration, and a customer-centric approach.


Responsibilities as an Independent Contractor

* Client Acquisition: Create new opportunities, upsell existing clients, manage the entire sales cycle from outreach to closing and invoicing.
* Achieve Sales KPIs and Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals efficiently.
* Presentation and Negotiation: Prepare accurate quotes, deliver professional proposals, and negotiate contracts balancing client satisfaction and company profitability.
* CRM Maintenance: Keep detailed records of business development activities.
* Client Feedback: Relay product feedback to the WebBookingPro team for continuous improvement.
* Partner Management: Engage with industry groups and travel associations to promote our products.


Qualifications Needed

* Proficiency in English
* At least 3 years of experience in SaaS sales or hotel industry-related business
* Confident communication skills, leadership in prospect meetings, and excellent listening skills
* Strong verbal communication skills for professional client interactions
