As the Supplier Quality Manager, you will be in charge of the execution of supplier quality and development operational plans. You will lead a team of 2 people and will manage the implementation of initiatives to improve supplier performance.

Requirements
As a minimum you must have:
- Industrial or mechanical engineering degree
- Experience as a Supplier Quality Manager
- Experience in teams’ leadership
- Knowledge of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)/Core Tools.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Industrial background
- Availability for frequent travels
- EU visa work permit

Responsibilities
As a Supplier Quality Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing Supplier Quality & Development operational plans and initiatives with a direct impact on driving supplier qualification / certification, assessment, monitoring, escape management, and / or quality issue resolution processes.
- Managing implementation of supplier specific quality initiative strategies.
- Managing Supplier Quality-related activities, such as raw material assessments, design of contracted manufactured items, and / or materials packaging;
ensuring service providers and laboratories employ good manufacturing practices (GMP) and procurement practices meet or exceed requirements.
- Managing processes or standards in support of the Carrier Supplier Gold program to ensure healthy continuous improvement and sustainability.
- Managing processes to ensure that supplier is capable to meet all requirements for work transfer and process change management including Resourcing Gate and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) acceptance
