Your scope includes our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-Commerce platforms, our B2B Wholesale portals, and our Retail Point of Sale (POS) systems.You will focus on refining internal procedures, managing requirements, and overseeing testing processes to guarantee that all deliverables meet high quality standards and align perfectly with business needs.Project Lifecycle Management: Define the scope of work, manage project tasks, and monitor the technical implementation of solutions. You will be responsible for the timeline, technical approach, and quality standards of the final product.Business-to-Technical Translation: Stakeholder Management: Maintain fluid, open communication channels with diverse internal teams to ensure new processes are properly adopted and aligned with company strategy.Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables function correctly and solve the specific business problems identified during the scoping phase.Experience: Proven experience bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution (e.G., as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Technical Project Manager).Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS/React) and backend concepts (Java, SQL).
