brTHE ROLE
brDue to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Delivery Manager to join the Employee Managed Services (EMS) team at EPI-USE, which provides outsourced payroll services to enterprises on SAP payroll and SAP SuccessFactors technology.

brAs a Service Delivery Manager in the EMS bureau team, you will be responsible for liaising with clients, preparing for and conducting service review meetings including Quarterly Business reviews, monitoring Service Level Agreement performance, and being a point of contact in escalations for service-related issues.

brThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills (they must have excellent English language skills) and convey attentiveness and helpfulness towards clients. They must have a strength in interpreting and presenting data, including Key Performance Indicator and Service Level Agreement data, Management Information, during service review meetings.

brYou will be expected to maintain confidentiality at all times, comply with data protection (GDPR) legislation and carry out any reasonable duties as requested by line management.

brProfessional English language ability (European Languages framework C1 or better), and strong oral and written communication skills
brYou must be located within commutable distance of Madrid, Spain
brAt least 2 years of technology service delivery experience
brClient relationship management, and ability to proactively offer solutions.
