The Key Account Manager (KAM) Distributor Manager will manage and develop key distribution accounts across all tyre segments. Responsibilities include achieving sales, profitability, and service level objectives, strategic planning, P&L analysis, and coordinating with logistics, supply, and finance teams. The role involves close collaboration with Marketing & Market Intelligence teams and reports directly to the Regional Director for Iberia.Key Responsibilities :
Manage relationships with major distribution partners to maximize profitability and sustainability.Develop annual commercial plans and growth strategies for each key account aligned with company goals.Negotiate commercial agreements, contractual conditions, promotional activities, and sell-out initiatives.Monitor and analyze customer-specific P&L to ensure margins and profitability meet expectations.Coordinate with logistics and supply chain departments to ensure stock levels and on-time deliveries.Prepare sales forecasts and collaborate with demand planning and sales teams.Identify new business opportunities, product development prospects, and improvements in distribution channels.Prepare performance reports and market analyses regularly.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.Requirements :
University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar roles within automotive, tyre distribution, or industrial sectors.Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).Strong knowledge of P&L management, financial analysis, and logistics/supply chain processes.Experience managing multichannel accounts (B2B, retail, e-commerce).Deep understanding of the tyre market across segments.Proficient in analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, and CRM systems.Willing to travel frequently within national and regional territories.Excellent communication, influence, and presentation skills.Proactive, autonomous, organized, and able to work under pressure managing multiple projects.Strong customer focus with a value-driven mindset.Team-oriented with leadership and collaboration skills.What We Can Offer :
