As Credit Strategy Leader:
Main activities will be:
* To manage credit policy for auto/HE/Short channel activities by reviewing, analyzing and doing the follow-up of portfolios quality and risk evolution.
* Early risk indicators follow-up and quick reactions to comply with targets
* Acceptance metrics follow-up to bring the best support to business by optimizing approval and time to decision
* To be ready with monthly preparation of local and group credit committees
* Leadership of team encouraging them to comply with high standards being a facilitator more than controller
* Communication with other company areas to collaborate and understand business, operative, finance and compliance needs.
* Managing credit reporting and credit analytics to improve automatic decision-making
* Managing Fraud prevention team to bring anticipation and prevention under any credit type of fraud
* Define and implement credit policies and risk acceptance strategies;
* Lead and develop a high-performing credit risk team;
* Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements in Spain and in the Group CAPFM
* Apply analytical techniques and statistical models to support credit decisions;
* Monitor portfolio performance and adjust credit strategies accordingly;
* Acceptance metrics follow-up, supporting the business by optimizing approval and time to decision;
Profile:
* Proven experience in consumer credit within the Spanish market;
* Deep knowledge of auto, personal, home equipment loans, Revolving;
* Strong command of analytics
* Knowledge of acceptance and credit risk kpis
* Excellent leadership skills, strategic mindset, communication and results orientation.
