Sales representative – medical training division

We are looking for a Sales Representative – Medical Training Division to join a fast-growing company specializing in surgical training programs based in Madrid.

This key role will be responsible for business development and client relationship management, ensuring the expansion and success of the company’s innovative cadaver-based surgical training courses. You will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging with medical device manufacturers and Professional Congress Organizers (PCOs) to position the training center as a reference in the field.

Main Responsibilities and Functions

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to attract medical device manufacturers and PCOs across Spain and Portugal.
2. Identify and build relationships with key clients, effectively presenting and selling the training center’s services.
3. Maintain long-term partnerships by understanding client needs and delivering customized training solutions.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and customer satisfaction.
5. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and new business opportunities.
6. Represent the training center at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand awareness.
7. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Requirements

8. Proven track record in sales within the medical sector, ideally in medical devices or PCO-related industries.
9. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop strategic relationships.
10. Fluency in English (mandatory) and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
11. Ability to work independently and manage client relationships proactively.
12. Results-driven, highly motivated, and eager to contribute to a rapidly growing project.
13. Willingness to travel frequently within Spain and Portugal, with occasional international trips.

Additional Information

18. Location: Madrid.
19. Reports to: Head of Medical Training Division (based in Europe).
20. Travel: Frequent travel within Spain and Portugal, occasional travel across Europe.
21. Salary: Competitive fixed + variable compensation based on performance.
