Role
The hrX Assist Associate will process, analyse,research, validate, and support the tasks related to the hrX Assist ticketing tool for the client’s employees according to the client’sservice level agreements. This individual will assist in the correction and resolution of the issues reported and monitor and escalate all systems-related errors that could prevent the client's employees from using theapplication.
Functions:
- Support, providing in-house technical support for hrX Assist and hrX Core
*Analysing, prioritizing and resolving faults to resolution.
*Resolve tickets according to SLAs and escalation procedures.
- Diagnose and resolve softwareapplicationissues accordingly to available procedures andmethodology.
- Capacity to understand / analyse a problem and propose resolutions paths.
- Ensure accurate documentation is maintained
- Proactively keep informed, outsideinternal training, of latest technology trends
Business related Skills:
-Goodinfrastructure administrationskills integratingnetworking, systems & monitoring solutions, coupled with software & general ITmaintenance skills.
-Proven capability of supporting software andapplicationtechnical problems.
-Desired skills:
- Windows experience
-SQLexperience
Personal skills:
-Solid verbal andwritten communication skillsinEnglish
-Accurate in terms of quality and respect of deadlines
-Ability to organize work and priorities to meet deadlines with limitedsupervision
