Your position in our crew
As part of the expansion of our Business Analytics team, we have a vacancy for a (Senior) Data Engineer (m/f/d). To support our group of companies during this transformation, we aim to establish business analytics and intelligence as key value drivers in all major business decisions.
Responsibilities:
* Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL processes for integrating and processing data from various sources.
* Drive the implementation and further development of data warehouse architectures based on Snowflake and Data Vault Builder.
* Ensure high data quality and availability.
* Continuously develop and optimize the business analytics infrastructure, aligning with departmental goals, standardization, and automation.
* Collaborate closely with specialist departments to identify data requirements and areas for optimization.
What you bring to the team
* Degree in computer science, business informatics, data science, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
* Proven expertise in creating and optimizing ETL processes.
* Solid experience with Data Vault Builder, Snowflake, and Qlik Sense.
* Extensive programming experience with SQL and Python.
* Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Fluency in German and English, along with strong communication skills.
* High motivation, independence, quick comprehension, organizational agility, and a strong sense of responsibility.
