Site Operations Controller - Ingredients - Your future role?
As a Site Operations Controller in Sant Celoni, you will provide business support to the local Operations Manager to ensure efficiency and compliance. On those sites where an Operations Function is present, serve as a member of the Site Operations Management Team enabling: full finance integration into operations, support and drive for process improvement initiatives at a site level, and active involvement and challenge of business decisions.
Your main responsibilities :
1. Business Partnering : ensure that the Operations team is aware of all risks and opportunities impacting performance, propose mitigation actions, and ensure their execution after alignment.
2. Business Insight : provide Operations Management with interpretive and predictive operational and financial information to support decision-making. Perform ad-hoc analyses of monthly KPIs and provide business performance insights.
3. Investments : drive the investment process, validate business cases, ensure approval, and follow up on investments to stay within scope and budget.
4. Budget Cycle : manage the annual budget process, standard product costing, and interface with the Pricing organization for costing analysis.
5. Financial Performance Analysis : participate in forecasting and planning, support business plans, budgets, forecasts, cost savings, and conduct regular reviews and variance resolutions.
6. Other : oversee internal controls, ensure process clarity, and compliance with Corporate guidelines as per the Finance Manual.
You have :
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or professional accountancy qualification
* 4-7 years' experience in cost accounting within manufacturing
* Excellent analytical skills, able to simplify complex matters
* Strong communication skills to establish trust and credibility
* Fluent in Spanish and English
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PPT) and ERP systems (preferably SAP FICO)
* Ability to influence diverse stakeholders and work with all organizational levels
* Team player with motivational skills
* Passion for success, continuous improvement, and high energy levels
