What We Expect
We are looking for a Technical Consultant to join our IT Applications Team. Dynamics NAV 2018 is our global ERP system used in eight countries, and you will be the person to manage technical tasks related to support and deployments of solutions related to Dynamics NAV, which will add value to our overall Organization.

We are looking for a Technical Consultant to join our IT Applications Team. Dynamics NAV 2018 is our global ERP system used in eight countries, and you will be the person to manage technical tasks related to support and deployments of solutions related to Dynamics NAV, which will add value to our overall Organization.
Your responsibilities would also include:
* Collaborate with testing before handover UAT to Key Users (technical issues)
* Perform Dynamics NAV monitoring
* Serve as L3 support within ServiceNow for escalated technical topics.
* Provide and generate technical documentation within Dynamics NAV.
* Promote technical improvements to our Platform.
* Support the implementation of integrations between Dynamics NAV and the other template Solutions
* Support Dynamics NAV using related Microsoft technologies (Azure, SQL Server etc).
* Dynamics NAV Deployments to all environments.
* Collaborate with other technical areas in defining optimal solutions.
* Manage business/project risks and mitigate or communicate these effectively.
Who We Are Looking For
* You have an University degree in Computer Science, or an equivalent degree
* You have technical skills
* You have SQL Server administration knowledge.
* You have excellent communication skills.
* You speak Fluent English; other languages would be beneficial
* You are a Team player
* You have an interest in participating in Projects in addition to your day-to-day tasks
* Preferably located in Madrid
* Experience in Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central 365 of advantage (not mandatory). Training will be provided and included with onboarding
