Join a Professional Team in the Austrian Alps
Become a vital part of a 4- or 5-star hotel kitchen team in the stunning Austrian Alps (Vorarlberg, Tyrol, Kärnten, Steiermark, Salzburg), where you can showcase your culinary skills and develop professionally as a Chef de Partie.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Prepare menus collaboratively with your team.
2. Manage supplies at your cooking station.
3. Maintain high standards of health and hygiene.
4. Foster a friendly and cooperative work environment.
5. Collaborate with the Chef and Sous Chef on joint activities.
6. Demonstrate professional competence and focus on service quality.
7. Plan daily operations and manage stock orders.
What We Offer:
* Employment in 4- or 5-star hotels.
* Seasonal or permanent contracts, depending on the hotel.
* Minimum of 48 working hours per week, typically 48-54 hours during winter, working 6 days a week.
* Net salary with 13 or 14 payments per year.
* Trial period of 2 to 3 weeks.

Minimum Requirements:
* European nationality or passport is mandatory.
* At least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie in hotels.
* Studies and training in the gastronomy sector.
