Application Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshoot technical issues by identifying root causes and implementing solutions
2. Use application monitoring tools to assess and maintain system performance
3. Apply SQL for database querying and management
4. Utilize ticketing systems to manage and prioritize support requests
5. Deliver technical support to end-users and other stakeholders
6. Participate actively in Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning and iterative workflows
7. Leverage the ITIL framework to optimize support processes
8. Enforce internal security standards and frameworks to ensure compliance and data protection
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2. 1-3 years of experience in application support or a related IT role, showcasing technical problem-solving skills
3. Familiarity with application support processes and best practices for effective issue resolution
4. Strong analytical abilities for diagnosing and fixing technical issues
5. Exceptional communication skills that clarify technical concepts for non-technical users
6. Proven customer service expertise to ensure a high-quality support experience
7. Flexibility to adapt in fast-paced environments and handle shifting priorities
