Role Summary
As a key member of our exchange’s institutional business division, you will be responsible for developing institutional clients in English-speaking regions (including third-party partners, market makers, hedge funds, HFT firms, OTC institutions, etc.) and driving the implementation of institutional products and services (such as market making, brokerage, OTC, custody, and third-party partnerships).
Job Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and expand global institutional client resources, build a pipeline, and drive contract finalization.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients: understand client needs, develop customized institutional service solutions, and facilitate internal coordination (with product, compliance, operations, and marketing teams) to complete client onboarding and service delivery.
* Maintain relationships with existing institutional clients, promote trading volume growth, product renewals, and cross-selling.
* Represent the company at industry conferences, client meetings, and business events to enhance brand and institutional business influence in English-speaking regions.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance, business, or a related field.
* 1+ years of experience as an institutional account manager/sales, preferably in digital assets, crypto exchanges, custody, or market making services.
* Familiarity with institutional products of digital asset exchanges (e.g., OTC, market maker programs, institutional accounts, custody services, etc.).
* Strong communication skills in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English, enabling seamless collaboration with domestic and international teams.
* Existing connections with English-speaking institutional clients (is preferred), with an understanding of institutional client needs and service practices.
* Excellent business judgment, relationship-building skills, and a results-driven mindset.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment with strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
