An experienced Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in Industrial Automation and Process Manufacturing environments. The candidate should have strong hands-on exposure to SCADA platforms such as Wonderware (AVEVA In Touch) and Siemens Win CC, with proven experience in supporting or enabling new production line implementations and plant expansion initiatives. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in Industrial Automation and Process Manufacturing environments.
The candidate should have strong hands-on exposure to SCADA platforms such as Wonderware (AVEVA In Touch) and Siemens Win CC, with proven experience in supporting or enabling new production line implementations and plant expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for manufacturing and automation initiatives. Work closely with business stakeholders, plant operations teams, engineering teams, and IT teams to translate operational needs into functional solutions. Create and manage EPICs, User Stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Support implementation and integration of new production lines using SCADA and industrial automation platforms. Coordinate with system integrators, automation teams, and enterprise application teams during project delivery. Perform functional validation, testing support, and business acceptance coordination.
Drive stakeholder management across business and IT teams. Leverage AI tools and modern digital practices to improve productivity, documentation, analysis, and day-to-day project delivery activities. Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, systems, and manufacturing platforms.
Required Skills &
Experience 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in manufacturing or industrial automation environments. Hands-on experience with: Wonderware SCADA (AVEVA In Touch) Siemens Win CC Strong understanding of process manufacturing operations.
Experience in implementing or supporting new production lines in manufacturing plants. Proven expertise in requirement gathering, EPIC/User Story creation, and stakeholder management.
Experience in functional testing and solution validation. Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills. Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory. Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies
