WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
We are looking to quickly grow our operations on Performance Marketing in the Spain, through traffic, leads and sales generation via our complete range of products, from Influence, Email to our local Performance Network.
Based in Madrid, you will join a dynamic team, where you will report to the Business Area Manager for Spain.
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for the acquisition of new advertisers, directly or through agencies, in addition to proactively identifying new opportunities in your client portfolio, from a media buyer to a director level.
Your responsibilities will include:
* New business development with direct advertisers and agencies, using the proper prospection strategy,
* Proactively prospect and identify key decision-makers,
* Generate qualified leads through targeted outreach,
* Build and manage a robust sales pipeline,
* Conduct needs assessments to uncover client opportunities,
* Network strategically to expand business opportunities,
* Utilize CRM to manage leads and track progress,
* Develop and execute targeted prospecting strategies,
* Full sales cycle and pipeline management,
* Evaluate your clients' needs and create sales proposals with the goal of creating a long-term relationship,
* Build loyalty, maintain and manage relationships with new and existing contacts,
* Partner with the Account Management and Technical teams to offer the most relevant Deals,
* Closely monitor deal performance and addressing new opportunities,
* Negotiation and management of the contractual elements,
* Representing the company at events and conferences,
* Complete all general administrative and organizational tasks required in the role.
