Based on very solid foundations, we continue to innovate daily and find practical solutions to transform the lives of the millions of people we serve.Hikma intends to recruit a Key Account Manager to integrate into the Commercial Department.Main Responsibilities:Identify and analyse sales opportunities in public and private hospitals in the area.Carry out strategy and action plan and establish work routes.Ensure the achievement of assigned sales targets.Control and monitoring of tenders in the territory.Know the decision-making bodies for the introduction of the product through the Hospital Pharmacy.Maintain an excellent level of technical knowledge of own products and those of the competition.Management and monitoring of the budget and action plans.Profile:2-3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in hospitals is a must, covering both public and private hospitals.Strong network in the Hospital market.Tender procedures expertise in Spain.Strong negotiation skills and mastery in commercial techniques.Ability to interact with different levels / sites within the organization.Languages: Spanish and English (desirable).
