We’re looking for a dynamic IT professional with a passion for technology and diverse interests to help drive our expanding operations throughout Europe.
Based in our Madrid office, you will be the primary IT support contact for our Spain and other assigned European offices, working closely with the Singapore and Central IT team to ensure seamless end-user support, system reliability, and IT compliance.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for Spain and other European offices via remote support
* Manage IT managed service vendor for the Netherlands office
* Provide remote IT support for US and LATAM offices during the first half of US morning hours
* Collaborate with Singapore IT team on end-user support, IT infrastructure setup, system availability, security compliance, and standardization
* Manage and maintain IT infrastructure: hardware, software, networks, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPN, NAS, video conferencing (Teams/Zoom), VOIP phones, printers, and scanners
* Provide training on new software, systems, and IT best practices;
support onboarding withIT orientation
* Assist in IT projects, security policies, system guidelines, and compliance processes
* Participate in IT audits and help standardize setups and processes across offices
* Set up, install, configure, maintain, and upgrade IT equipment for new employees
* Log service requests and update tickets as required
* Maintain and update IT asset inventory and tagging of equipment
* Provide audio-visual support for Teams meetings and townhalls
* Escalate and report IT incidents to Singapore or Central IT teams as needed
* Manage physical card/facial door access and CCTV systems in the office
* Partner with business stakeholders and external vendors to implement IT policies, solutions, and service delivery
Requirements
* Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in an IT end-user support role
* Experience with video conferencing systems (e.G., Logitech) is a plus
* Proficient in Microsoft Windows 10/11 OS, Office 365, Online SharePoint and Teams
* Ability to analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
* Strong troubleshooting skills for PC hardware/software and application support
* Knowledge of networking (firewalls, routers, switches, VPN and Wi-Fi)
* Familiarity with IT and cybersecurity best practices
* Experience with video conferencing systems (e.G., Logitech) is a plus
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Proactive, independent, and solution oriented
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
