We’re looking for a full-time position as HRIS Solutions Owner for its global operations in Madrid. We’re a fast-growing technology startup with global ambitions and a passion for innovation. As we grow globally, we’re building a modern, data-driven People & Culture function which will be supported by state-of-the-art digital platforms. You’ll be responsible for the implementation, optimization, and governance of our HR systems. You’ll work cross-functionally with People & Culture, Finance, and other IT groups to ensure our HRIS supports global operations, compliance, and strategic workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of our HRIS platform (SAP Success Factors) in coordination with the PMO.
- Own system administration, including user access, workflows, integrations, and reporting.
- Partner with stakeholders to streamline processes across onboarding, external payroll, performance, and compliance.
- Ensure data accuracy, privacy, and security across all HR Information Systems.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics to support decision-making and align data management and governance structures with the Enterprise Data Team.
- Provide hands-on support, training, and documentation for internal users.
- Manage vendor relationships (SAP, other Saas vendors and System Integrators), upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Support global expansion by adapting systems to new markets and legal requirements.
- Develop other Digitalization initiatives around automation or AI in collaboration with the People & Culture Team.
Skills and experience
- Min 4 years of proven experience leading Success Factors implementation and operations in a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and compliance.
- Experience with system integrations (e.g., payroll, finance, ATS).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
Not mandatory but preferred
- Experience with Power Platform, Copilot, Azure, or other Microsoft ecosystem tools.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and startup scaling challenges.
- Knowledge of GDPR, SOC2, or other data privacy frameworks.
- Exposure to People analytics, DEI metrics, or engagement platforms.
- Exposure to startup scaling challenges (e.g., rapid hiring, international expansion).
Languages
- Spanish: Very good Business Spanish required (excellent communication skills). B2/C1 level.
- English: Very good Business English required (excellent communication skills). B2/C1 level.
Job Conditions
Job location: Tres Cantos (Madrid). European Union nationality otherwise EU/Spain work permit required as a prerequisite.
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time, as an internal employee.
Salary: Depending on qualifications and experience.
Work from home: Hybrid working model including the possibility of working from home (70%) but according to the specific needs that may arise from the perspective of project development, department, clients, and/or partners. xpzdshu
