Qualifications:
Experience and Expertise (more than 10 years)
More than 10 years as NOC Technician with knowledge in 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G RAN.
Experience in radio equipment in Nokia and Ericsson in the above mentioned technologies.
Extensive experience in N1 Technical Support Service, with extensive experience of RAN network management.
Solid knowledge in the support processes for Telefónica in the RAN Mobile Access area.
With knowledge of RAN in the protocols, equipment, functionalities, etc. that conform them.
With capacity for analysis, troubleshooting and solution proposals.
Functions:
Management of N1 incidents, diagnostics, customer complaints and execution of BTPs.
Proposal of corrective actions for recurring problems.
NOC team management and quality analysis capacity.
Tools:
Systems for activity and job reception, incident management and BTPs : iGRI
Network Elements Management Systems: own of the RAN manufacturers involved.
Network and Fault Management Systems: OMEGA, INFOVISTA, GRAFANA.
Case escalation: iGRI, CEX.
MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Language:
Spanish mandatory
