We want someone bold enough to break molds, open new markets, and set trends: a professional capable of developing and strengthening the hotel’s international MICE business, representing the property at major trade shows, congresses, and global industry events. /ppbr/ppYour role will be pivotal in expanding the hotel’s international presence, identifying new business opportunities, and managing relationships with agencies, corporations, DMCs, and event organizers worldwide. Ready to leave your mark?! /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbr/pulliDesign and execute the hotel’s international MICE sales strategy, fully aligned with Marriott International’s global objectives. /liliRepresent the hotel at international trade fairs and industry events (IMEX, IBTM, etc.), ensuring maximum brand visibility in key markets. /liliBuild and strengthen relationships with international agencies, DMCs, corporations, and professional associations. /liliIdentify new markets and global expansion opportunities, particularly across Europe, the Americas, and other strategic regions. /liliPlan and carry out sales trips and client visits, tailoring the agenda to key market seasons. /liliDevelop tailored, competitive commercial proposals, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships. /liliCollaborate closely with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to guarantee flawless execution of international events. /liliAnalyze global MICE market trends, monitor competitors, and identify opportunities to further reposition the hotel. /liliWork in synergy with Marriott’s regional sales offices (GSO) to enhance lead generation and drive business performance. /liliProvide regular reporting and pipeline updates on international and national opportunities during peak seasons. /liliAct as a true Marriott brand ambassador, representing the company’s values and promoting service excellence in every interaction. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /ppbr/pulliBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Commerce, Tourism, or Hospitality Management.
