About The Role
Compliance ensures Revolut’s products and processes meet regulatory requirements and translate this into the best customer outcomes. We find solutions and carry out testing in a digital environment, leveraging data analytics to manage conduct risk effectively.
We’re seeking a Business Compliance Manager to advise our Talent department on compliance requirements, controls, and infrastructure, focusing on Fitness and Propriety (F&P) Process and Employee / HR Compliance.
Responsibilities
* Advise the business on compliance topics related to Fitness & Propriety (F&P) and improve existing infrastructure.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for F&P and Employee / HR Compliance.
* Provide solutions to compliance issues.
* Act as stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD Compliance teams.
* Use data analytics to advise business areas and ensure positive outcomes.
* Prepare and present reports to senior stakeholders, including Board level.
* Interpret regulations and assess their business implications.
* Identify regulatory issues proactively and recommend remedies.
* Participate in committees reviewing People Initiatives from a Compliance perspective.
Requirements
* Experience in regulatory compliance, especially with FCA, PRA, or similar regulators.
* Deep understanding of fitness and propriety regulations, with hands-on experience conducting F&P checks for SMFs, MRTs, and key personnel.
* Knowledge of Employee Compliance topics such as conflicts of interest, market abuse, and gifts.
* Experience in a top-tier financial institution or consultancy.
* Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Willingness to take on new challenges.
