Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work, AENOR and Top Employer), is looking for a Lead Prospector who will be responsible for delivering high potential customers to our Sales Development Representative delivering high quality leads, researched from various digital sources.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect high quality, policy-compliant leads
- Assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools.
- Qualification: conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition.
- Responsible for delivering a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly target.
- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell the loyalty card
- Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information
- Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base.
- Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
- Handle customer needs and requirements
