We are growing and are looking for a Backend Developer to help us land this mission with every client, ensuring that our technology becomes a real, robust, and scalable solution.
How you will make a difference
As a key member of our product team, you will drive the evolution of our SaaS platform:
* Design and Implement: You will build new features and improve existing software using a stack focused on Java, AWS, and RabbitMQ.
* Technical Analysis: You will partner with the team to perform technical analysis for upcoming developments.
* Iterative Delivery: You will deploy new features using iterative processes and feature toggles.
* Full Ownership: You will manage the entire lifecycle of your developments, from monitoring and alerting to final deployment.
* Continuous Improvement: You will eliminate technical debt and implement high-quality standards to keep our codebase healthy.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a developer who values clean, maintainable code and is eager to grow within a collaborative team:
* Java Expertise: Proven experience programming in Java 11 or newer.
* Spring & API REST: Strong knowledge of building REST APIs with the Spring framework.
* Quality First: Solid experience in testing, refactoring, and reverse engineering.
* Growth Mindset: An openness to learning and a drive to develop code that is both maintainable and monitorable.
* The "Plus" Factor: Experience with asynchronous work (RabbitMQ) or database design and optimization is a significant advantage.
