Your Role
You will contribute to the development and growth of a portfolio of mobile applications (iOS and Android), supporting the definition of the product roadmap and the ongoing optimization of performance. Your role will be key in driving improvements, promoting strategic initiatives, and supporting the launch of new features and products while collaborating closely with technology, design, marketing, and data teams.
Your Key Contributions
* Contribute to defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, aligning vision, objectives, and key metrics.
* Support and promote the launch of new apps and features across national and international markets.
* Analyze user behavior and product performance using a variety of analytical tools.
* Drive optimization of conversion funnels, retention, and LTV through continuous experimentation (A/B testing, cohorts, advanced segmentation).
* Collaborate with UX/UI and development teams to enhance onboarding, critical user journeys, and key functionalities.
* Contribute to the management of subscription models, paywalls, and dynamic pricing strategies.
* Monitor product KPIs, generate actionable insights, and share findings with stakeholders.
* Stay up to date with trends in mobile growth, monetization, emerging technologies, and AI tools.
Who You Are
* 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, or similar roles in digital environments.
* Proven experience launching and scaling mobile apps.
* Strong command of analytics and attribution tools: Mixpanel, Amplitude, Adjust, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
* Strategic, analytical, and results‐oriented mindset.
* Ability to work with cross‐functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience in international markets is a plus.
* Excellent English communication skills.
