- 3 years of relevant regulatory experience (novel food dossiers, food enzyme dossiers)
- Graduate in food science, life sciences, biotechnology
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a multicultural team
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Flexible, with a can-do attitude
- Good knowledge of statistics is desirable
- Fluency in another language is a plus
