We’re looking for a Skincare Expert to join Coty Spain. You will have the opportunity to be part of designing the future of skincare and be an ambassador of an important French Green Bio Tech Skincare Expert Brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Skincare Beauty Advisor Expert, you are responsible for promotion and skincare counselling for customers.
The luxurious skincare brand of Coty is looking for a skincare professional like you, who has a strong sales background to deliver sales targets as part of the team and provide a high level of skincare knowledge to customers.
Your main focus :
* Provide excellent customer service, creating a unique and distinctive customer experience while selling our market-leading products.
* Attract new customers at the point of sale.
* Achieve established objectives and monitor KPIs.
* Control and implement visibility and merchandising as per brand guidelines.
* Develop store activities including inventories, stock control, and payment terminal management.

The team consists of 3 people at the point of sale, working closely with the POS Coordinator. All colleagues share a passion for creating Beauty That Lasts.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You live and breathe beauty, with a deep understanding and passion for the skincare industry and luxury brands.
As an experienced Skincare Beauty Advisor Expert, you maintain high focus and attention to detail, ensuring brand equity. You thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Additionally, you should have:
* At least 4 years of experience as a facialist, cosmetologist, or skincare beauty consultant in a luxury setting.
* Additional education in Cosmetology or a related field is a plus.
* Experience in sales with targets and sales indicator management.
* Strong verbal communication, organizational, and listening skills.
* A healthy competitive spirit.
* High proficiency in English (another language is a plus).
OUR CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS
* Permanent contract
* 36 hours per week, Monday to Saturday
* Shifts from 10:00 to 16:00 and 16:00 to 22:00
* Fixed salary plus sales incentives
