Environmental Analysis: Responsible for analyzing the environment, including reviewing, creating, or eliminating internal processes.
Project Backlog Management : Accountable for maintaining and overseeing the project backlog throughout its lifecycle.
Coordination with the Product Owner (PO): Oversee the functional software analysis activity in collaboration with the PO.
Identify external vendors involved in the software development process and meet with them when necessary to incorporate information into functional documents.
Requirements Gathering Planning: Plan the requirements gathering process with the client, schedule, and lead sessions.
Functional analysis and technical documentation, including specifications and key deliverables.
Collect and incorporate feedback from various stakeholders into the analysis.
Report creation and project progress tracking.
5-6 years of experience in projects in the financial sector (Financial products, market operations and processes, MIFID 2, Portfolio valuation), technology implementation, or digital transformation.
~ Proven experience as a Business Analyst in wealth management platforms (especially strong understanding of advisory process Governance).
~ Deep understanding of financial advisory processes, portfolio management, scenario simulations and regulatory compliance.
~ Architecture, security, back-end, front-end, without the need to be an expert in any particular area.
~ A degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field.
~ Good level of English and Spanish. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira.
~ Client and Quality Orientation.
