Reporting to the EME Clinical Marketing VP, the Regional Marketing Manager AMR/AMS will drive and support EME clusters and subsidiaries in implementing the AMR/AMS marketing strategy to maximize business results, aligned with global guidelines.Interface between Global Marketing and local teams to ensure effective translation of strategies.Location within EME with 30-50% travel.Main accountabilities:
Demonstrate knowledge of bioMérieux solutions supporting AMR/AMS, excluding sepsis-specific products.Leverage Medical Affairs to deliver evidence and outcome data.Support product line knowledge for cross-selling.Ensure clear communication of value propositions to sales and marketing teams.Collaborate on training and initiatives like Full Potential.Support the launch of new products and identify business opportunities.Marketing Plan:
Assist in building and executing marketing plans following the Marketing Plan 4 Impact framework.Monitor plan execution and provide market data feedback.Communication and KOL management:
Support communication events and maintain a network of Regional AMR/AMS KOLs.Market knowledge:
Gather and disseminate market insights on products, competition, trends, and regulations.Community and organizational impact:
Lead the EME Clinical Marketing community.Recommend organizational improvements.Business performance:
Contribute to budget and strategic planning.Monitor business performance and support teams to meet targets.Ambassador:
Represent bioMérieux EME internally and externally.Promote a growth mindset aligned with company values.Qualifications:
Graduate degree in Science and/or Marketing, with 10+ years in healthcare, preferably IVD related to AMR/AMS.Strong business acumen and adaptability.
