What We’re Looking For
* Fluent in French (C1/C2 – written & spoken)
* Basic English (B1/B2) for internal communication
* Strong customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in rotating shifts (5 days/week, 8 hours/day)
* Previous customer service experience is a plus – but not a must
* Friendly, enthusiastic, and ready to learn!
