You will mentor and guide engineering leaders, shape leadership practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and aligned execution. By partnering closely with Product and cross-functional stakeholders (Data, Product, Business, Operations and C-Levels), you will ensure engineering efforts are strategically aligned and deliver meaningful business value. You’ll also drive the evolution of technical architecture, champion high standards for engineering excellence, and promote best practices in system design, security, and operational maturity.
