Aviagen is looking for a Supply Chain & Export Coordinator to support Hubbard Breeders' international operations in San Esteban de Litera, Spain.
You'll play a key role in ensuring that the orders are accurately planned, documented, compliant and delivered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to Logistics & Export Director and Customer Service department the key responsibilities will include:
- Manage Hubbard orders planned and produced in Spain
- Act as the main link between Planning, ADV (Sales Administration), Sanitary & Logistics teams
- Coordinate forecasts, changes, and order execution
- Oversee export & sanitary documentation (SD)
- Handle customs/export procedures
- Coordinate road, air, and sea shipments
- Ensure packaging, labelling & traceability compliance
- Provide operational instructions to carriers
- Monitor shipments and resolve operational incidents
- Ensure communication between France Planning & Aviagen Spain Planning
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration (ADE) or similar
- IT skills: Planning tools, ERP / commercial management systems, MS Office
- Specific Knowledge: International logistics management, export processes, sanitary documentation (SD), customs procedures, logistical traceability, ADV / Customer Service coordination
- Languages: Professional level of French, English and Spanish.
The keeping of birds and reptiles as domestic pets is strictly prohibited
SPECIFIC EXPERTISE
- Experience of minimum 3-5 years in Supply Chain / International Logistics / Export Operations
- Experience in operational coordination, export documentation management, and regulated environments
- Experience in the poultry / agribusiness sector is a plus

Working hours: Full-time Monday to Friday.
Workplace: San Esteban de Litera, Huesca, Spain
