Responsibilities Include:

About You
To excel in this role, you should be passionate about customer interactions, building long-term relationships, and exceeding customer expectations. Structured work habits and the ability to work independently are crucial, as we often operate at a fast pace with multiple concurrent processes where prioritization and organization are key to achieving results.
Requirements:
* Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (mandatory)
* Spanish language skills are meritorious
* Previous experience in real estate and/or property brokerage
* Good knowledge of Fuengirola and surrounding areas
* Driver's license and good driving skills
* High digital proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative spirit
