About the role :
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own acquisition, retention, and reactivation campaigns across paid and non-paid channels, and to partner with Product on conversion funnel optimization.
This role focuses on accelerating growth of Dribbble's marketplace for services, the fastest-growing part of our business.
Success requires prioritization, effective communication, and rapid execution. Our team is talented and committed, with tens of millions of users and over 100M visitors annually. An entrepreneurial growth marketer can have a significant impact.
You will report directly to Dribbble's CEO.
Responsibilities :
* Execute full-funnel acquisition campaigns across paid channels (Paid Search, Paid Social) and non-paid channels (Email).
* Use Dribbble's advertising products and merchandising features to improve website conversion.
* Partner with Product to optimize conversion funnels for Dribbble's offerings.
* Collaborate with Sales to improve sales-assisted offerings.
* Work with Product to promote new features.
* Bring 5-7 years of growth marketing experience, ideally in early-stage, product-led tech companies.
* Hands-on experience with performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, especially Paid Search.
* Be organized, data-driven, and proficient with SQL, Google Analytics, and ChatGPT or similar tools.
* Experience working with Product and no-code website builders (e.g., Webflow, Framer) to optimize landing pages.
* Be resourceful, independent, and collaborative.
* Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented work with humility and approachability.
