We are looking for a Accounting Analyst to join our Accounting department in our Business unit based in Bilbao, Spain.
How you make the difference
As an Accounting Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of our financial data. By providing accurate analysis and identifying opportunities to streamline our month-end closing processes, you will directly contribute to more informed strategic decision-making and the overall financial health of the company
How your agenda looks like:
* Journal Entries: Process and record daily journal entries to ensure the general ledger is accurate and up to date.
* Accounts Management: Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely processing and recording.
* Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
* Month-End / Year-End Support: Assist in the closing processes by preparing working papers and ensuring all deadlines are met.
* Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and detailed analysis for internal and external auditors during financial reviews.
* Payment Processing: Execute and verify electronic payments and other disbursements, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.
What makes you a great fit:
* Education: Bachelor ́s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
* Work Experience: 3 years of experience in accounting or financial roles
* Technical Skills: In addition to Excel mastery, proficiency in Word and PowerPoint is a strong plus. Previous experience with Dynamics 365 is highly recommended.
* Language: Proficiency in Spanish and very high level of English, both spoken and written.
