The Position:
We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our Trading team.
Your key responsibilities:
* Provide feedback from customer requests to Product teams.
* Guide customers from purchase, leading onboarding processes to maximize value from Isotrol products.
* Build and nurture strong customer relationships, understanding their goals and how our products can assist.
* Follow up on accounts, acting as an expert advisor to maximize adoption and retention.
* Pass on user feedback for product development considerations.
* Identify opportunities for product extension in collaboration with sales teams.
* Analyze product usage to identify actions and success stories, representing the voice of the customer.
* Have extensive knowledge of participation in Iberian wholesale electricity markets.
Your skills and experience:
* Excellent communication skills in English and/or other languages (High level of English - B2).
* Engineering degree preferred.
* Work experience in electrical trading teams.

* Holidays: 22 days plus 24th and 31st December.
* Summer hours: 8:00 to 15:00 from July 1st to August 31st.
