You will join us at our store at La Roca Village as a Full-Time Client Advisor, reporting directly to Store Management.
The part you'll play
* Transform each client experience into magical moments, building authentic, long-term bonds with them
* Lead by example on the selling floor to inspire both individual and team success, driving sales results with accountability
* Demonstrate deep understanding of luxury clients' desires, needs, and expectations
* Innovate continuously by proposing fresh ideas to enhance client value and create memorable moments.
What you'll bring
* A caring, authentic, and trusted approach as a client advisor, with a genuine passion for style and luxury fashion.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle clients with empathy and put them at the centre of every decision.
* Courage to share ideas and innovate, with a willingness to grow and learn.
* Experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role.
* Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
* Ability to develop meaningful client relationships using CRM tools and initiatives.
* A proactive and team-oriented mindset, ready to contribute to collective success.
